OAS Certification

Structure, alignment, training and protocol

The Authorized Economic Operator (OAS) is a certification granted by the Brazilian government to companies whose management processes minimize the risks existing in their foreign trade operations, in addition to demonstrating that they are committed to the Customs Compliance and Logistics Chain Security criteria.

Our performance includes services from the alignment of the project structure and training to its implementation and protocols:

  • Adequacy of procedures to meet the criteria and requirements of the Federal Revenue of Brazil (RFB);
  • Implementation of controls;
  • Full assistance for completing the Self Assessment Questionnaire (QAA) to effect the claim;
  • Verification and monitoring training and consulting.

There are three types of OAS Certification, each with its respective advantages. However, in general, we can say that the modern model of customs control is based on risk management, encourages compliance through benefits and continuously monitors operators.
